Athletic Physicals for student athletes going into the 7th-12th grade next year will be on Tuesday evening, May 19th.
HS at 5:30, JH at 6:30 in the HS gym. (Jack Collins gym)
Cost is $20 - checks should be made out to VPS
Parents should complete and sign the front page of the physical form before student gets to gym.
