The final day of school will be May 25, 2018 for students. Semester test have been moved to Wednesday, May 23rd for History/Math for all students 10-12th grade. Semester tests for English/Science will be on Thursday, May 24th for all students 10-12th grade.
Verdigris High School Graduation will be Friday, May 18, 2018 at 7pm at the Union Multipurpose Activity Center (UMAC) located at 6836 South Mingo Rd. in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Baccalaureate will be at the Verdigris Assembly of God Church at 3pm on Sunday, May 6th.
Juniors and Seniors in Career Training should have received an assignment and Career Training Evaluation Form. Students need to complete the assignment and employers need to complete the evaluation form for a semester grade for the student. These forms are due in the HS Office by December 19th. Forms may be faxed to (918) 266-0546, emailed to: slabarr@vps.k12.ok.us or returned by the student.
Flu shots will be given November 1, 2017 at the Verdigris High School from 12 to 1:30pm. Students, parents, and school employees may get their flu shot. Students must have a parent signed permission form. Please print and sign.
VHS FAFSA PARENT NIGHT - OCTOBER 26TH from 6-8pm in the Verdigris HS Computer Lab Room #108. The Trio Program will help you complete the FAFSA Application and answer questions about financial aid for college and career tech programs.
Create a FSA ID -- fsaid.ed.gov (parent and student)
Bring Social Security card, Driver's license and 2016 Tax Return.
COLLEGE WRITING ASSISTANCE WORKSHOP FOR SENIORS
October 26th from 6-8pm in the VHS Computer Lab (Room #101)
Ms. Moss will provide guidance on resume design and college entrance essay writing.
VERDIGRIS FAFSA Night will be Thursday, October 6th from 6-8pm at Verdigris High School
Seniors need to get the FAFSA ID instructions from Mrs. Ohler. You must have your FAFSA ID information in order to complete the FAFSA Application. You will also need to bring the following information: 2015 Federal tax return for parents & students (If applicable); W-2 forms for 2015 for parents & students (If you didn't file); Social security numbers for parents & students.
HS Parent Teacher Conferences will be Tuesday, January 31st from 3:30pm to 6:30pm. If you would like to schedule a conference please call the High School Office at (918) 266-2336 Ext. 2211.

Save the Date~High School Pre-Enrollment for 2016-2017 will be the evenings of February 23rd & 24th in the HS Cafeteria from 3:30pm-6:30pm. All parents of students in 8th-11th grades will be receiving information about their enrollment appointment times at the beginning of February.
Blood Drive - There will be a Blood Drive at Verdigris High school on Monday, September 28th from 8:30-2pm.
