Enrollment for the 2024-25 School Year will begin Monday, April 9th, for residents only.

NOTE: Students who do not live in the Verdigris Public Schools District and wish to transfer SHOULD NOT REGISTER AT THIS TIME. You must be approved for a transfer before registration. Please refer to the links below for more information regarding student transfers.
New Student Registration
Student registration is a two step process that begins online.
Step 1 - Online Registration
You will need to use a tablet, laptop, or desktop computer to complete the online registration. If you do not have access to a device to complete the online registration, you may come into the office of the school in which you are enrolling and complete the registration using a district device. Please note: The online registration process is not compatible with most mobile phones.

Step 2 - Document Exchange
To complete enrollment use the following link to schedule an appointment to bring in the required documentation:

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO ENROLL:
- Up-To-Date Immunization Record
- State Issued Birth Certificate
- Two UTILITY or LEASE/LOAN documents showing proof of residency. (I.E. Water, electric, sewage or mortgage payment) Drivers licenses, cut off notices, and junk mail are NOT accepted.
- KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS are required to provide documentation of a passed vision screening within the previous twelve months.
- Native American Students need to present their CDIB and Tribal Cards or parents cards.
- PK students MUST have been born on or before 09/01.
- K students MUST have been born on or before 09/01.
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TRANSFER APPLICATIONS**
A link to the 2024-2025 Student Transfer Application Form can be found on our district website. It should be completed online or it may be printed from the OSDE website. Completed applications should be submitted online starting June 1, 2024. Applications may also be printed and turned into the Verdigris Administration Office starting May 1, 2024. However, applications turned into the Admin office will be held and uploaded to the OSDE Transfer Portal starting June 1, 2024.
We will begin accepting open transfer applications for the 24-25 school year June 1, 2024.

Transfer applications will be considered in the order they are received. However, by law no new transfer applications may be approved before July 1.
Please be advised that a transfer application is NOT an enrollment. Due to increased residential enrollment, transfer availability is very limited. If a slot is available, you will be contacted by an early childhood representative. Slots may not be filled with transfer students until after August 1, in order to accommodate residents that move into the district over the summer.

Current Students
****If your child is currently enrolled in Verdigris Public schools, they are automatically enrolled in the school the following school year and do not need to register online.****
For a quicker process, please have copies made of your documents as well as the front and back of all tribal cards.
